About Eva

Hello! My name is Eva Bouw. I am a self taught artist. My main focus lies with painting abstract work with acrylics. I love to add structure to my work with other materials like rope and stones. I paint through following my intuition or through expressing (spritual) experiences and feelings. I often have visions of what needs to be painted.

I also enjoy (digitially) drawing mandala’s. I love geometric patterns and express the intention of the mandala with colour.

I have synesthesia. For me this means that I associate colours with feelings, numbers and people. Usually people associate in me a colour pattern that fits their personality. Numbers and feelings have a more fixed colour association in me, although it can change if they are placed in different contexts.

Aside from being an artist I am also an entreprenour and run a webshop in crystals: Insight Stones. Here I combine my spirituality, with my love for geography and geology and my joy in creativity and business.
